Choco-Banana Smoothie


  • 1/2 medium ripe banana (preferably frozen)
  • 2 tsp 100% Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 cup Skim Milk
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 3 Ice Cubes (4 to 6 if¬†not using frozen banana)
  • 1 – 2 Organic¬†Stevia drops¬†(or sugar substitute of your choice)




  • Add all ingredients to a blender and liquify¬†¬†(you may need to pulse for ice crush).
  • Enjoy while cold! Yum!
