- 1 1/2 cup Strawberry (preferably frozen)
- 1/2 medium Banana (preferably frozen)
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Skim Milk
- 1 Organic Stevia drop (or sugar substitute of your choice)
- 4 Ice Cubes (if not using frozen fruit)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and liquify (you may need to pulse for ice crush).
