Tropical Coco-Berry Smoothie

Most bottled tropical juices and smoothies we tend to buy at the store usually have artificial flavors, added sugars and syrups that end up taking the healthy out of your breakfast or snack. Having an easy and all-natural tropical homemade smoothie is a simple switch and habit that can cut more than half of the calories you would ingest with an artificially flavored store-bought juice.

Fruits such as mango, pineapple, banana, strawberry, kiwi, guava, lime and coconut give that distinctive tropical flavor to any juice or smoothie and most of the times provide enough natural sugars to satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthy way, so if you love the tropical flavors try to keep these fruits in your fridge or freezer to fix you a quick breakfast or snack. There are tons of combinations! So here is one to get you inspired.

This tropical smoothie is the perfect portion that will keep you energized during the morning and also fits as a great breakfast in a balanced and healthy regime like The Balanced Meal Plan, which is a great program wether you are trying to loose some extra weight or just keep yourself fit and healthy.
